New Dressage Partner
Ever since my trip to Portugal I've known I wanted to further my dressage goals. I love these Iberian horses. Jutta, Sarah , Laurie, and Shelly have been awesome in helping me select my new dressage partner. Meet Cupcake he is currently 8 months. I'm just so excited to have such a superb horse. Our plan is to gain my medals and later stand him as our foundation stallion.
Olly Found a New Home
My long time dressage partner has found a wonderful new home with Tori just outside of Austin. Tori owns a tack shop called the Leading Rein. Olly and her are having a great time. She plans to do more dressage,eventing, and hunting with Olly. I sure do miss him but I'm so happy he's doing wonderful in his new home.

Summer 09 Hiking Adventures
Chad and I took some time out to do some hiking this summer. Chad has always wanted to show me Colorado Bend State Park This was a beauitful place. We hiked up hill through water falls and tight rocky cliffs. We took a break on the way back to swim in the watering hole. Then stood on the Edge of the Colorado river and watched the sun set. It was a wonderful day!
Here are a couple pictures from our hike. Those of you "UP" fans will understand the importance of getting great pictures for our adventure book

Colby Yummy Snacks
Colby our wonderful 7 month old Lab puppy and some of the yummy cords he's eaten recently. Colby loves to chew cords. He started out by eating two sets of christmas lights. His love of cords of any type was born. Needless to say he is under constant police observation. This is of Aaron , Chad's brother and some of Colby's recent snacks. Around our house he is affectionately known as "Captain Destructo"!!!

Bridal Show
Here is a picture of my mom and I attending the bridal show this July. The groom and the best man also attended. The best man is single and said this was a target rich environment. That had cake and booze. It was a huge event and very overwhelming for me. I think everyone one had a good time.

Early this year. I was getting the baby urge again so Chad and I fostered these three puppies for the montgomery animal shelter. We have had them a week and a half in these pitures

This was Olly's first dressage show in over three years. I had been doing mainly trail riding and jumping with him. What a champ, he really worked hard for me that day

All the teachers at my school helped us raise theses little babies. They were only one week old when we found them. They all found wonderful new homes

I thought this picture of Avery who is three this year and Colby is who is 7 months old was really cute. He really wanted to give her a puppy kiss. However, my Prima donna does not like to be disturbed during her spa treatments
